These rules help ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all guests. 👥 Guests & Occupancy • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property • All guests must complete Airbnb/VRBO’s identity verification process and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation. • No parties, events, or gatherings • Maximum occupancy: 4 ⏰ Quiet Hours • Sunday-Friday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Friday-Sunday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Please keep all outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours 🚗 Parking • Park in the designated gravel driveway only • Do not block the road or neighboring access • Maximum vehicles: 2 Trash • All trash must be placed in trash bags • All trash bags must be fully sealed • Take all trash to the bear-proof trash containers located under the deck outside • Place sealed bags inside the containers only — do not leave bags outside the bins • Close and secure the lids completely after each use ⚠️ Leaving trash unsecured may attract wildlife, including bears. 🚭 Smoking & Fire Safety • No smoking or vaping inside the cabin • Smoking is permitted outdoors only — please dispose of cigarette butts properly • Do not leave the fireplace or any open flame unattended • Fully extinguish fires before leaving the cabin or going to bed 🐾 Pets • No pets allowed • Pets are in violation of the rules and will result in additional fees and immediate termination of the stay 🔥 Hot Tub Rules • Shower before use • No glass in or around the hot tub • Replace and secure the cover after each use • Do not use if feeling dizzy, overheated, or unwell • Use at your own risk 🧹 Care of the Cabin • Please treat the cabin and furnishings with care • Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly • Excessive mess, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges 🚫 Prohibited Items & Activities • No fireworks • No firearms discharge • No illegal substances • No climbing, tampering, or modification of property features ⚠️ Safety & Liability Guests acknowledge that mountain terrain, creek access, hot tub use, and outdoor features involve inherent risks and agree to use all amenities responsibly and at their own discretion. ❌ Violation of Rules Failure to follow house rules may result in: • Immediate termination of the stay • Additional fees • Removal without refund 👍 Final Note Raven Ridge is meant to be a peaceful retreat.
